Everything was perfect, including excellent staff and excellent location dismissive to a customer eating in the restaurant. The breakfast offered was satisfactory with toast and coffee. Location: the hotel was close to southern England and Folkestone. Also, the place was just a pleasant stroll away from St Barnabas.

I booked a room with a bath, the location was perfect for exploring the city and it was just next to a nice restaurant and close to the cathedral and beach.

We had a smooth check-in, thanks to the efficient and charming girl at the reception. Our room was clean and tidy, although a bit small, but we didn't mind. The restaurant food was excellent and the bar/restaurant area had a nice atmosphere. The refurbished decor added to the charm of the place. Despite a few minor inconveniences, we enjoyed our stay and would consider rebooking in the future. I would recommend this hotel for its value for money and proximity to Canterbury.
